Was very impressed by the whole process.Yan was very helpful in booking me the appointment and requested xray pictures from his previous dentist. when we arrived, Yan took my son for a tour and gave him a toy which made him really happy.Dr. lau is awesome. He is very patient and talking in a very soft voice. He encouraged my son the whole time. I had such a wonderful experience at Aurora Sunrise Dental. I had a dental emergency and called last minute and the lovely receptionist was so kind and considerate of what was going on and was able to get me in right away with Dr. Lau who was absolutely amazing. He was able to help me right away and was super understanding of my situation and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend their clinic for any dentist work that you need!!!

Dr. Lau is a great and knowledgeable dentist. My experience was painless and honestly it’s the best out of all dental visits I had in my life, lol. I just recently moved to Aurora and I was recommended to his dental clinic and now I’m recommending this dental office to everyone. Amazing staff and hygienists. Front desk communication is effective and they handle direct billing. I would give this place a 10-star if there was an option.

This is our first appointment. The services to my wife and me are fine. Yan, the receptionist responded our concerns quickly. Dr. Lau can speak fluent English and Cantonese. We have dental cleaning appointments over the phone 2 days later at our convenient time. At the time of our first appointment, they also gave out a free promotional electric toothbrush (Oral B Pro 500+ at valuue of $39.99) for each patient if they do a full examination and dental cleaning at the same time.

Dr Lou is very gentle with a kind heart for kids. we are the new patients and felt welcome. The owner explainedmore dental information for our daily habits to protect our teeth. will stay with them. The parking has enough spots and easy to find.

Recommended by a friend and had our first appointment this morning with Dr. Lau and his team. The service is absolutely amazing, they did a thorough cleaning and checkup on my teeth. The receptionist Yan is very nice and patient to me. I’m definitely coming back in another six month for my next cleaning.

It was a nice experience with Dr. Dominic Lau and his team. My child is two and a half years old and did not cry during the whole cleaning and fluoridation process. The doctor, nurses and the receptionist at the clinic were very nicely with her.

On last Sunday my 4 and half years old girl had her first teeth check with Doctor Liu at this clinic. Before this visit, my husband and I did a lot of mental preparation as our girl is always lack of courage and even crying, and screaming at every visit at any clinic. But we were surprised when she turned out calm and cooperative with Doctor Liu. Thanks for his professional skills and patience. Besides there are also very friendly reception staff, proving good service. We will definitely make this place as our teeth regular check destination!
